I wouldn?t leave such a bad review as the staff is really friendly. But at least on a few occasions when I visited this branch I couldn?t post my parcels as either the screen is not working or some other problems. I started using a little more far away post office but today being in rush I visited this one and again I wasn?t able to post the parcel. They really need to do something with this branch as it never happens in any other locations.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Not just to me but to the elderly man in front who also commented on how lovely and helpful the lady was who served us both. Really appreciated.
