First visit to this post office. Was completely amazed at the friendly, helpful nature of the lady at the desk. She had time for every customer and seemed genuinely interested in everyone. Ten out of ten for customer service. This is a small community post office, where the staff seem to get to know their customers and are happy to help with any queries. Well done.

Not long ago post offices were considered an endangered businessâ?¦. However, much to the delight of many, the post office became a franchise and assured many jobs.

I called at Cregagh PO, Greenway, at 5 min to 3 on Saturday afternoon (today - 25th May) to post 4 small parcels. The man behind counter said, as he served a lady before me, that the PO was closed. I waited, but he still refused to take the parcels. I said, â??Itâ??s not 3 oâ??clock yetâ?. He said that it took him 10 minutes to clear up. The counter was open. What sort of staff do you employ at Greenway? Absolutely pathetic. I wonâ??t be using that branch again.
