The best Post Office!! The staff are just lovely. Knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly no matter how busy they are. Nothing?s too much trouble. Highly recommend.

This is a great post office which offers a fantastic local service. Can be busy which is to be expected but Staff are helpful and give good advice....Royal Mail should take note!

Suffolk P.O is the one I most often visit. The staff are helpful and untiringly generous with their time . I have witnessed their kind compassionate service on many occasions. Liz, Tracey and Tricia always greet people with a friendly smile and manage to sort any problem presented to them, putting nervous customers like myself at ease. As an example I witnessed an elderly lady so confused making a transaction one of the staff lent over the counter calmed this woman down and sorted the whole transaction out for her. I do not mention which staff member this was because I know each of them would have done the same, I have witnessed many acts of kindnesses like this from these ladies. Declan is also very efficient and helpful. On ending I would like to say what a pleasant experience a visit to this P.O always is.
