Absolute simpletons, not a brain cell between any of them. Could recruit better staff from Belfast Zoo monkey enclosure and I don't mean the keepers.

The only way to see if the depot is open for parcel collection is by actually going to the depot and reading the note tywrapped to the locked gate.Totally ignore the opening times shown online as these are irrelevantDo not try ringing their Customer Services Point telephone number as this number is Invalid

Very unhelpful. Couldn't be bothered to look for the parcel even thought they said it was at the depot.

Went to collect a small package, the young lass working the counter was very professional at her work, didn't take her long to get my order. THANK YOU.

Not bad! just recieved our christmas cards sent 17th December first class from the ever pleasant (not) postal worker. I guess we should be grateful it arrived at the correct address. Disgrace.

Terrible postmen Park their private cars where they want not caring who they delay !! I wonder if u blocked a post and in for 2 hours how that would go !!!

Can be a pain going here as it is so out of the way. Would help if they're postmen wrapped the door instead of going straight to a miss delivery card.

Reduced hours because of covid. Whatever. They don't update their opening times online so that's twice I've gone and they are shut - and each time I've met other people doing the same thing. I'll give them one start because there isn't a zero star option.

There is only two normal carpary spaces and one disabled space. Not the post offices fault, but it means that if you need to collect a parcel you almost always have to park on the double yellow lines outside. The actual collection office itself is small, so you will usually end up standing in the rubbish strewn path. Unpleasant

Car park consists of 2 spaces + 1 disabled spot, but always being used by staff. Nowhere else to park as surrounded by double yellows and red coats patrol regularlyPost staff refuse to leave parcel in safe spot which means frequent visits and can't seem to close gates behind tgrm

Counted twelve empty car park spaces inside their car park. Two visitor spaces that are constantly occupied outside their fence. A queue of nine customers at the window with one employee on duty. Double yellow lines all around the entrance and signs warning of wheel clamping in the private car park opposite. Not very accessible
