I was in this store last Saturday in the castlecourt city centre. Myself and my daughter were served by Christian who was very knowledgable about the few trainers we were interested in, and very helpful. We left with a purchase and had a really good experience. So a big thankyou to Christian .

Every time I go to this store the staff are always huddled in the middle chatting and laughing away. Never get any help/customer service. Sometimes they?re even in the way of customers browsing items. Hoping some feedback will help management realise this is happening and I can shop in this store again.

Excellent customer service, returning school shoes and the service was first class. Staff where really pleasant and spent time finding shoes that not only fit but suited aswell. Shop was well presented and plenty of room.

After having a bad experience the OFFICE Belfast I went down to Schuh to get shoes, got help minutes after entering the store, didn't have to wait ages for my sizes and bought a pair there. Even convenient payment method with no queueing.

My husband just left your store Schuh kids in Belfast Castle court .He was trying to purchase an item Nike kids trainers were the price on the tag was displayed as £38 (discounted ) when he approached the counter staff member refused to sell it at the price as she said it was £48 and she just didn?t change the price on time .I believe it is violation of consumer rights ?She also ripped the tag of on his eyes and binned it. Then2 other members of staff approached and started arguing with him .Can you please let me know is this standard behaviour and process in your store ?Quite disappointing to say the least. You may have saved the £10 but most certainly lost a customer.

Very positive experience. Attentive assistant despite the store being very busy, & we bought 3 pairs of shoes, plus then went on to order a fourth pair online (they didn't have my size in store)Highly recommended
