“Visited the Belfast AllSaints store on Monday 25th April to return a jacket I had ordered online. I was immediately met by a lovely girl, Roma. She took the jacket straight away and asked me if I would mind trying the jacket on for her and explain what I didn't like about it. She listened to everything I had to say, offered some advice. We talked style & fit. She asked would I mind if she picked out a few jackets for me to look at. Needless to say I am home with the perfect jacket for me. The leather is super soft, looks and smells of sheer quality. I'm over the moon. I have never had this level of customer assistance ever. One very happy customer. Thank you so much Roma. I will be back!”

“I had a couple of great experiences at this store in the last few days. I went to get some new black formal shoes at about 18:00 and it was quite quiet. The young assistants didn't approach me but when I asked them if they had a particular size in the shoe I was interested in they were very helpful indeed. I tried another size which felt a little big but bought them anyway. I tried on at home with the correct socks and they were still quite big. I went back at lunchtime today. The store was very busy, but the manager Geraldine was wonderful. She was able to multitask and deal with multiple customers at once - not sure where her other colleagues were. I tried a smaller size, then she measured my feet, followed by suggesting an insole which solved the issue of the shoe being too big. She clearly knew exactly what she was talking about and is excellent with people. I had my receipt so was able to do an exchange and then just pay for the insoles. It was a pleasure to deal with the staff here, particularly the manager Geraldine! I got some great shoes that should last me for a few years anyway and along with the exceptional customer service it left me very happy. I would have no hesitation in returning to this store the next time I need some shoes! Highly recommended!”

“Had my 10 year old son in here at Poundland and of course being a typical boy trying to get me to buy him gaming headphones amongst other things in the shop which was we’re my reply was “ask Santa “ so I got to the counter paid for my/ our items and went to get My son who was looking at the toys and the young guy who works in it handed me the gaming headphones and said it’s an early Christmas present can you give him it please I thought that was so nice of him I didn’t get his name but thank you so much you made my son a happy little boy and also his mummy ”

“The best sports store in Belfast! I had been to several stores to try to find new running shoes two days in I a row I was about to give up, but I saw this store and went in. It was very fancy so it thought it would be expensive but nope! Great range of products to an adorable price. I also got help from this lovely woman working there to find the perfect running shoes for me, she was lovely and the service was great! I was also told they had a student discount, I didn't even have to ask for it! I will be back in the future, very satisfied customer!”

“This Matalan seems to have more gents short sleeved shirts which was exactly what I was looking for. Some were even reduced. The store itself is bright with natural daylight coming in from the glass front. The gents clothes are upstairs, there is a lift but the 3 stairways are easier if you are able. You still have to pay downstairs which is a very slight inconvenience.”
