Was told that I would be charged full price for a coffee, even though I had brought in my reusable mug, because......IT WASN'T A MUG OF THEIRS ????? WTF ??? I asked if that meant I have to buy a plastic reusable mug at every place that sells coffee??? It's not the price of the coffee that is my issue, its the complete lack of awareness of the crisis that we're facing becuase of plastic waste!! If this is not Spar's company policy, then you may get staff trained properly!!!!
