I would frequent here between 2-3 times weekly. Decent selection and choice. Expensively priced for the majority of items. I do like the deli/bakery but it's not open from late afternoon. Poor customer service overall, especially at the tills. This evening, I did some light grocery shopping, and picked up a coffee to take-away. For some reason, the coffee didn't fill correctly at the machine, with the cup being less than quarter full. I told this to a girl with dark hair who served me at the till, outlining clearly that if I was still going to be charged the full amount (£2.90), then I would not take the coffee. She responded, 'oh no' but made no offer of replacement, or provided a further comment. I checked my receipt on exiting the store - she had charged me full price anyway without my consent!! Not impressed. Staff need urgent customer service training.

The girl dressed in black with black hair needs further training in customer relations. She told me she was the manager too.After making a mistake at a self service till. Being told by a very well mannered member an in a stripped blue shirt that I had not paid for a coffee. ? if u buy 3 the 4 th is free. ?. I thought this had happened and I left. But the man told me so I returned to make it right.As I approached the till the girl in black with long black hair gave me a dressing down in front of other customers and basically accused me of trying to steal a coffee.She is rude and sharp all I did was make a mistake about one coffee and had returned to fix it.Please give this girl some further training.

Brilliant local shop. Literally 5 minutes walk from my accommodation and it's got everything a student could need. Open 24/7. Very very useful.

Shop here for full shop once a week it?s near home and I?m disabled so suits. I put up with the expensive prices cause it?s handy, what I won?t put up with is the cheek of the staff or the lack of a smile or hello and as for the male manager with glasses rude rude rude customer service does not excist in this shop most of the time . Not that my lack of business will make any difference to you but I won?t be near your shop again disabled or not.

Came here needing Petrol Friday afternoon, so obviously very busy, people parked up at the Petrol tanks and don?t even get petrol, nothing to do with the staff just overly frustrating with people who actually need the pump. Inside is okay but deli closed and I was hopping to stop for lunch too. Very frustrating trip.

Absolutely terrible, rude and unprofessional service from the store and especially post office employees. SPAR should definitely invest in customer service quality personnel with a minimum of customer skill abilities. Very disappointing experience.

Great service and nice hot food counter but their coffee bar station needs attending more often, few times now on a Saturday morning both machines been out of milk/order and the cleanliness is left to be desired...

Drove here specifically to use the jet wash car wash. And it was out or service. No signs to say it was out of order. Had to figure out by myself that it wasn't working. Wasted trip.
