While shopping in Tesco knocknagoney I noticed 25% off clothing and picked a babies snow suit but only had 6-9 months. I asked a member of staff if there were any more in store in a bigger size. There were only 2 and buried to the back. She said that was all there was and they would probably be back in again. I didn't catch her name but she had blond hair in a pony tail and glasses on. I saw another member of staff called Shaz, so I asked her if she knew if they were in stock in another store. She scanned the label and said they were out the back so off she went and brought back an armful of various sizes. Thanks Shaz for the fabulous serviceThank goodness i didn't just leave without inquiring further.Very satisfied customer.Lorraine Palmer

The store had many items in for sale. The new Autumn cushions are out.Store was quiet on my visit but was clean and staff were visible.I sent in to print some photos and had a nightmare of a time as the device failed to connect and placed order online, after much issues, it was resolved but not fair to lower star rating on self service photo kiosks. There are plenty of specials and they always have a good supply of stationary all year round

Don?t train their staff, they employ a buddying system. Also the fat man bun guy with weird teeth and lips is crazy. Bro was screaming at a younger employ the week after his dad died and made the employee quit ? also, the short stubby fat blonde woman with a weird accent is so rude at the reduced aisle

As a double Cancer patient with limited energy levels, l find it insulting when lm forced to become a cashier and scan all my weeks groceries.Tesco in a bid to increase private share holders profits have turned a nation of shoppers into Teso Workers.Self checkouts are very slow with customers needing constant assistance from staff which is turning shopping into a nightmare. Please stop trying to replace our supermarket staff with machines that fail to work properly. If Tesco continues to go down this path customer should boycott they're stores.

The bigger Tesco stores are usually way better anyway. But every time we go here, we have nothing but good experiences. We really enjoy walking around, doing casual grocery shopping. The staff are nice and very fast at the checkouts. We really have no complaints about this Tesco.

Called in to this branch after a bad experience in the Castlereagh Rd store. Massive difference in regard to availability of items. Staff are very professional and courteous and the store is superbly stocked. Castlereagh Rd management could learn a lot from this store.

The date is 31st May 2023. Management left one member of Staff on all self-checkouts with no other maned checkouts open and no other staff on-site to help. The poor lad was left on his own which he handled to the best of his ability in a professional manner, even with all those customer complaints. Tesco management needs retraining on how to handle their staff care and wellbeing.

*Large and spacious.I visit this Tesco regularly and really like it. It is all on the ground floor, very spacious, with a large selection of goods.Staff are always nice and accommodating.Toilets: adequate and clean though Tescos are not known for having excellent toilet facilities.Car Parking: very large, plenty of spaces. However, as with so many supermarket car parks, many of the 'accessible' spaces are taken by non-accessible people which is unfair on people like me who never take up such spaces.

The lady that served us this afternoon was absolutely fantastic. Really pleasant and a credit to the store. Best customer service we?ve experienced in a long time! Didn?t catch her name but she folded all our clothes perfectly :). Thank you!

Declined recently - most of the times I have visited recently there are no checkouts open but lots of staff picking orders for online customers, even during the "accessible" Wednesday morning hours aimed at vulnerable customers. The independent butcher has closed. It's still a typical Tesco with most things you need but be prepared to use the self checkouts and don't fill a trolley if you are someone who shops early.

I find it hard to believe that a McDonald?s store can get an order consecutively wrong so many times over.In the last 2 months I?ve had about 4 bad or wrong burgers from this place. They can?t follow a simple instruction such as ?extra pickles? or ?add lettuce?. It?s just too much to ask for them. Another time the guy taking my order flat out refused to give me extra pickles saying it was an impossible task for the store to fulfil. At least we know the extremes that this certain McDonald?s are not willing to dare venture to. Tonight I asked for the same. I do love those pickles after all. But what do you know? They messed it up again?Instead of extra pickles, I got extra cheese and no pickle. MADNESS. They?re now altering my burger to remove food items that should already be there in the first place. As I said, MADNESS.Apart from the pickles, this McDonald?s also just produces awful awful substandard food. I got a burger once and there was so much grease on it, that it dripped onto my lap and ruined my sweat bottoms. It feels like they?re hiring low IQ individuals who don?t really understand simple instructions. Tonight was the final straw with the no pickles but extra cheese. It was comical, yeah, but it was also the moment I realised that this McDonald?s had people making the food who simply couldn?t understand the English words on a docket. Is ?XTRA PICKLES? that complicated? Is it comparable to calculating the size of a black hole, or curing cancer? Or perhaps it?s as difficult as figuring out how to land a man on the moon??? No, it?s not. Of course it is not that difficult. It?s one simple instruction that an 8 year old could be trained to follow.Must say, the staff who man the windows have always been lovely. Sorry if you also make food. It?s just really sh*t McDonald?s.

Very helpful and pleasant staff member called Mary who knew her way round the self checkout system. Helped me checkout multiple items as quickly and as easily as possible. Nothing was too much trouble!

Overall many products, but I give w stars for the quality, what happened with fresh whole milk? It doesn't have a taste nor smell, tastes like water...
