New floor layout is a fresh breath to this store. The new layout works much better and opens up the entrance.Having the new layout also makes it easier to find the product.Store is always clean and staff make a great effort to stack shelves when possible. They are always friendly.

Awful customer aervice from the same guy yet again after several visits. Never asks for your clubcard and doesn't give you time to pack your bags without dirty looks. The rest of the staff are lovely otherwise,

My main complaint is their outrageous prices that just keep climbing. There's very little variety choices. Aisles are much too narrow. Lots of times their fruit and vegetable prices are mismatched to the actual product so you think it is one price only to find out its a different price. This is frustrating. No complaints about the staff as they are all nice, helpful and friendly.

Avoid the young guy with the glasses, I don?t know what?s going on but he never applies my club card discounts even when the club card is scanned - it?s a mistake that?s weirdly specific to him and he?s always a little abrasive when asked about it ?just says there?s no discount.? But it?s happened like 4 times now in the past year since I moved around the corner so whatever you do don?t go into this tesco for the clubcard offers lol
