I have been a 3 mobile customer for several years and my current contact is about to expire. Called into Victoria centre to see what my options were regarding an upgrade. Waited patiently for about 5 mins to be served (there were 2 members of staff on floor dealing with other customers). When one staff member eventually served me I explained my situation and asked what my options were. He asked me if I had photo Id, and when I said no he said well you won't be able to get a phone today. I told him that's ok but I still wanted to know what my options were. He replied that he could not tell me because his colleague had the iPad plus it was his breaktime. I was pretty astonished at this level of customer service and will nowbe looking elsewhere for a new contract.

Very helpful staff. I tend to use the store instead of online as it's easier/ faster to get a resolution. I can walk to the store, get my issue dealt with, and get home faster than if I tried ringing.

The staff at this location were very friendly, no fault there! However one star for the product and how it was sold. My wife and I purchased two data sim cards and 6 vouchers for unlimited data believing we were set for the next several months. But to my shock after the first month, I made a mistake and did not 're-up' the data plan correctly in the App. What happened was the £105 worth of vouchers were used up at a price of ~£70/GB! So to my horror, my £105 was GONE.This was sold to me to be unlimited data for three months. I contacted the customer relations department to first be told I simply need to buy more credits! Warning to all potential customers - the data is priced low, but read the fine print or it will end up costing big time.In my opinion, if this company really valued their customers, they could sympathize with my error, reverse the charges, and get me back on track for my 3 months of unlimited data. However this appears to not be the case. My money is gone and I cannot afford any more credits.I hope others have better luck with Three. If the company does make this right again, I will certainly update this review.
