They were so helpful when I was struggling to find a specific book! They came with me to help me find it instead of just pointing me in a rough direction. There was a really big selection, and everything was very clean and nicely organized! Once we had what we were after, they got us checked out efficiently.

Beautiful shop to look for books and gifts. It has good prices, a wide variety of books, board games, other reading accessories or other gifts. It has a calm atmosphere and the staff is very friendly.

I love Waterstones, they have an amazing range of books and games. They are my goto for books. I often make use of my student card, although I wish it was a bigger help in the final price, as some books are costly.

Most helpful staff I've ever encountered in a Waterstones.Gentleman went above and beyond to find me a copy of The first Witcher book. Saved my anniversary as a result!

it's a nice bookshop with great staff and a good variety of books. never disappointed.

The cafe is awful. So much more could be done. The cups are absolutely filthy - so stained. How anyone can take them out of a dishwasher and not notice is beyond me. Once they went through 3 cups and they were all filthy so I ended up using the boiling tea to clean the cup with a serviette. Teaspoons are also the the same. Toilets are ancient, filthy, covered in bits of toilet roll, dirty toilet bowls and sopping ancient sinks with little if ever, any hand wash. Waterstones books section is fine but it?s pricey.

Girl behind the counter belittled another employee and when that girl walked away she started talking about her to another coworker. Very disrespectful and just overall an inappropriate thing to be doing in front of customers. The store itself was fun and had plenty to choose from. Lots of great book recommendations.
