“Have just left Carrickfergus Marks and Spencer. The Cashier Aimee could not have be more thoughtful and pleasant. She had my bags all popened to be filled by me at the end of the till. And her service was a joy”

“As ever many products compare well against competitors. Their breads are excellent when compared against other high street big shops. Prices are very competitive and their own brands of a very good quality (perhaps they could work on their seasonal chocolate quality). I'm a bit of a middle aisle junkie and find the electrical power tools of a high quality.”
“Tesco is very nice,the shelves are always stocked and the employes are always so nice,if you need help finding something you ask them and they leave what there doing just to show you were it is,the cashier's always have a talk with you (most the time) well with me and my mum they do and the prices on there sales are really good to”
“A reasonable size Sainsbury's with a good range of items. We found that the pre-made sandwiches were lacking though, only a few on the shelf, not much choice. We made other arrangements for lunch when staying in the area.”

“Went into home bargains in Carrickfergus today for one item. As usual I came out with 10. . 30 sachets of new York coffee for £1.75. Couldn't resist it. Shop was filled to capacity, staff were friendly and helpful. Look forward to a return visit soon. Stephen”
