I rarely write reviews but I have just left this store and I am disgusted. Absolutely terrible customer service. An item didn’t have a label, so at checkout (self checkout only available) I was asked did I want to ‘run and grab another one’ which surely is not my error to correct as the customer. Apparently my review didn't meet their guidelines so I'll leave it here instead! Price of their sphagnum moss does not add up! 0.57kg for £7, 2kg £9.20 but they never have the 2kg in stock!
