“Having made several orders online (I live abroad) I was excited to visit an actual store. Indeed the store itself in Coleraine contained lots of interesting and well-priced products. Unfortunately this was rather spoilt when trying to pay. Being unfamiliar with the store (and there being no signs) we (my two kids and I) ended up waiting by the checkouts but not in the queue. None of the checkout staff pointed this out to usand in fact just ignored us. Very disappointing.”
