We have just received probably the best customer service ever in an O2 store.
Barry was fantastic as was Ciara. Nothing was a problem, and options fully explained.
These two members of staff are absolutely brilliant and an asset to your Cookstown store. Thanks again for the help

I purchased a new phone and laptop. The next day I realised that there were things that weren't changed from my old phone. I rang 02 and made an appointment to take my phone and laptop back and get it sorted. I left them in early morning and called back late afternoon only to be told they hadn't even looked at them. The point I want make is person who was to check it out was more interested in sales as there were other sales persons sitting about.

Poor service. Not interested unless you were buying a phone. Saying they can't help because someone owns that store and it's not a retail store.

It wasn't actually this shop but just want to praise 02 customer services immensely! My son involved in a serious ski accident and stuck in France for another week while they get him home. I spoke to customer services and they have topped up his data(it's the only thing he can do there is play with his phone) 8GB as a good will gesture. Very impressed with their kindness and the way they dealt with the situation!

shocking customer service!!! was told the wrong information about renewing my contract by a staff member, was told I would have a free screen fix with the new phone, after discussing this with them i decided to cancel my insurance that ive had with them this 5years thinking i was covered with the screen fix. when i went to use the free screen fix offer the manger told me they wouldn't stand over it because the offer is only for iPhones not Samsung phones, even after his own staff member openly admitted that he had made the mistake by giving me the wrong information.. now I have to pay over £300 to fix it..
