Fantastic when it comes to pharmacy and prescriptions but terrible customer service on the shop floor by one particular member of staff in the Ballymoney Main Street store. I bought an item and returned it within 5 minutes of leaving the store, unused and packaging undamaged. The staff member proceeded to open the product and damaged the packaging then stated she could not refund or exchange due to the product (electrical) having been opened by me, however she had damaged the box with her inappropriately long fingernails. I challenged the member of staff when I was handed back the product and she denied having damaged it then proceeded to then open the box infront of me. I have never experienced such poor customer service from this store and have used it on many occasions to buy perfume and toiletries.
I would not recommend buying electrical products from this store due to the returns policy and poor customer service.

I specifically travelled to the Ballymoney store to get my daughters passport photo take as Gordon's clearly advertise this service. when I arrived they refused stating the reason was that they were now only accepting over 3s.. my daughter is 2, not that they asked.. I explained that she needed a passport and they were the only place that I knew locally that provided this service and I needed this as a matter of urgency. even though she's 2 she still needs a photo to get a passport.. when I asked why they stated 'because of covid and well because they don't sit'..
I was quite happy to pay for the service and if she wouldn't sit of have understood.. but to just refuse and use the 'covid excuse'!
I have been a regular customer for years and I will not ever enter another Gordon's because of this, the staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, there wasn't even an apology given, they stated that "it's on Facebook". when I have searched Facebook I cannot see this information anywhere.
after some searching I found that snappy snaps in Coleraine provide this service and so we made a further journey to there. my daughter is only 2 but she is very well behaved and sat like a little doll for them. the service in snappy snaps was a stark contrast, so friendly and nice to my little girl.

What an absolute fantastic Chemist, popped in yesterday to the Alexandria branch with an insect bite that had flared up and was dealt with very professionally and in a timely manner. Having used Gordon's previously for my Father's medical needs I wouldn't go anywhere else, thanks for your help and advice.

Brought my toddler to get passport photos done, after an attempt at same I was told they would not try again and I would have to bring her back when shop was quiet. I did not like the staffs attitude on this matter.

Great service from the Downpatrick branch. They were booked out for the administering the booster vaccination, but were very helpful and took my number. The following day I received a call as there had been a cancellation. I was able to call down within half an hour. The staff were friendly & efficient. Thank you!

terrible customer service in Bangor Ashbury. Not a patient centred health care provider. Would not recommend to anyone. Please support your local community but I would advise you to look at another pharmacy apart from Gordon's. You may care for your health and wellbeing, they won't.

The staff are always willing to help on anything you ask for and if 1 of them is not sure what your talking about they get some1 that does and the Pharmacist is brilliant always there to help.
