I have been going to this gadget exchange for years now and there hasn't been any problems but today I went in and there was a new employee I haven't seen before and he is the most disrespectful dopey person I have ever talked to he got angry at me for asking him what was wrong with a game I have never had any problems with any other employee in there this guy needs fired

I had a very positive experience. Tim was extremely helpful and very patient in helping me to acquire new phone and upload my data. His reassuring, calm manner removed my anxiety over the potential loss of data and breakdown of my old phone.
