Friendly efficient service. Amazing knowledge and professionalismGreat knowledge, fantastic customer service, extremely friendly on the phone. I got a part for my Colnago which I couldn't find anywhere else and believe me I tried. I ordered on Friday morning and it was with me on Saturday first thing (Northern Ireland to Wales). That's what I call service. The part fitted exactly and I now have a smooth bike again.

I needed to replace the hoods on my Campy Potenza shifters and Total Cycling in Northern Ireland were the only place I could find any. No worries though as they were reasonably priced and arrived well packaged within three days.

Ordered parts during COVID-19 and one of the items I ordered were out of stock. Total Cycling reached out to me promptly stating that they would have to order the parts from their suppliers. Good fast customer service. Great products.

No response to emails - product ordered 9th March, tracking appears to be confusing/inaccurate. I understand that C-19 has affected folks but no response or update is poor customer service. Will be pursuing a refund through the payment provider.

I had a few initial issues with my order with Total Cycling but many of those were slightly beyond their control. At the end of the day, and two cycling season's of product use later, I'm ultimately VERY happy with my order and would purchase products from Total Cycling again. Originally my order was 1 month later than when I'd asked for it to be shipped, and with some small parts missing. Total Cycling did what they could to try to obtain those parts but opted to give me a partial refund so I could obtain those items on my own. 5 Stars would be given IF staff could just give accurate answers to questions ASAP or just remedy issues without delay by, often times, thinking outside-the-box. It took my own suggestion, about a partial refund, so I could source missing parts myself. There are always MANY ways to solve an issue and my own suggestion worked great for both parties involved.
