Rang up at 5.15pm and asked if they took passport photos, I was told they did but were closing at 5.30pm, I said I was only 5 miles away and woman on phone same come on ahead, I arrived at 5.25pm and went up to till and the same person who I spoke to on phone then refused saying they were closing, not much customer service... read full comment
