Was in this establishment yesterday afternoon.6 people eating and it took 3 staff 20minutes to take our order. Chef roaring out of kitchen 'Service' but no response so he had to serve the customers himself. Veg curry and the burger we ordered was well below average. Bread bap was so hard it was just impossible to finish it. Veg curry was just awful. Coleslaw with burger was dry and tasteless. Unusual as food I had here previously was very nice. Next time I'm not eating until evening service starts after 5 upstairs.Dissapointing...

Very bad experience I am a very respectfulMember of the Irish traveller communityWho owns a business in enniskillen I came in for some food with my family and was meet with Hostility by management/ managerFrom there I was told no table was available when in fact they do not take bookings for the Pub area seating bookings was upstairsThen I was a Belfast friend call and the said plenty tables and the do walk ins so I was to leave without a table based on pure spitefu racism my self and my family felt so badAnd we should no have to but I am taking this further and I will get this to a court if it?s the last thing I do

Went as a party of 13 to the bistro for a 50th birthday dinner. Food and service was excellent. A lovely lady saw to our needs without any problem. Evening ruined when the 'manageress' decided to shut the place without warning at 11pm (opening hours on website allegedly to midnight) when we had just ordered a large round of drinks. Having been told we could not split the bill between the 6 couples and one singlie, I made a £650+ payment with a healthy tip for the lady who looked after our table and her two young colleagues who were also very good. However, all that was undone by the rudeness and arrogance of the manageress, leaving us to stand outside in the cold and rain and wait 15 minutes for a pre-booked bus to return us to our accommodation. The absolute antithesis of hospitality. I'm sure this doesn't reflect the attitude of the owning family, nevertheless, deeply unimpressed by how we were treated. January is traditionally a tough month in the food and drink trade; there was only one other couple in the bistro while we there; stupidly I thought our custom would have been welcome. Apparently not. No doubt a one off aberration for this venue and it should not put you off; but it does warrant calling out.

Absolutely amazing, staff fit us in with only 30 minute notice on a Saturday night, I had the fillet steaks, absolutely beautiful, perfectly cooked and very affordable. My boyfriend had the t-bone sizzler which was fantastic. I had to stop him from asking for a bowl of the fried onions to take away as he loved them so much. Staff were all lovely, I am a bit fussy and changed my side and had some substitutions but everything came out perfectly as I had asked. Lovely atmosphere also, nice lighting and feels very cozy. Absolutely brilliant, very fair price, lovely steak. Wish we lived in enniskillen so we could make it a regular stop.

Norman is just the most amazing man and the epitome of the kind of vendor you want involved in your wedding. We planned our Northern Ireland destination wedding from the United States and Norman didn?t miss a beat. His communication was stellar and prompt. He clearly laid everything out for us to easily make decisions and he guided us throughout the entire process. I can?t express how incredibly kind and sweet Norman is as a person, which is just such a blessing during wedding planning. Norman not only catered our wedding itself, but also our rehearsal dinner, an afternoon tea service, as well as breakfast each morning during our stay. Each meal was spectacular and delicious, and the presentation was top notch, the cocktails and wine list were also superb. The service from his team was outstanding, they went above and beyond cooking out in the rain and all! Any leftovers we had were perfectly wrapped up and put in containers for us to enjoy during our stay at the Belle Isle Estate. Thank you Norman and team for making our food dreams come true and being such a wonderful part of our unforgettable celebration!
