Found them to be helpful if you visit in person. Phoning is a waste of time as it's a general call number with the usual useless chat-bot. But dropping in in person is fine.

Tried ringing left hanging on for an hour and still no answer. Parcel lost should have been delivered over a week ago and still hasn't arrived!! Very unhappy customer!!!
