Good for the most part parking is a.problemn in the small carpark although there is plenty within walking distance for those who are more mobile

This place is a joke. Have been trying to get account sorted out from 2021 to change signatures. Asked to speak to manager. No luck. Will have to end up going to financial ombudsman.

Awful Bank tried to open old account with 4 forms of addresses. Still didnt want to know. Complained to HO. I was able to open an account elsewhere with same details. Hang your head in shame BOI!

trying to talk to someone at the boi in glengormley seems to be impossible give up phoning .All you get is select the following, of which none are the one i want, please sort out your telephones, it would be great to talk to someone, i need to change information held. urgent.

Absolutely horrible service, would not recommend I will be changing banks as soon as I possibly can, no ease of use very difficult to get any information or even talk to a human being for that matter! And when you do get through to an actual person they leave you on hold for nearly an hour every time, once they pick up they offer a dry service with no willingness to help you get the feeling they just want to get you off the phone! Utter JOKE of a bank!

Extremely slow service, only one service desk open with a queue of 6 ppl. Was instantly dismissed with no advice or guidance. Will most definitely b changing my bank now!!!
