Went there for a Christmas lunch with business colleagues. This is a lovely pub and restaurant located in the middle of beautiful Hillsborough. Located in picturesque Hillsborough village, The Parson's Nose was originally an elegant Georgian townhouse built by the Marquis of Downshire in the late 1700's.
