On Tuesday i visited the store whilst on the hunt for a Christmas present for my dad. I struggled to find what i was looking for but the very nice, polite Michael helped me find just what i needed and i am very pleased to have finally done all my Christmas shopping. This is written on behalf of my Granny: I went into the Lisburn store on Saturday all confused regarding my order my grandchild, the code wasn?t working, so the lovely gentleman Michael assisted me. I only use this one as it is a stand alone store, he was so helpful and gave me my order and helped me use my iPhone !!

The customer service at this store is the worst I've ever experienced. I bought a shed in their store with the expectation of receiving it five days ago. However, they cancelled my order without any prior notification. To make matters worse, they're currently insisting that the item is out of stock, despite the website indicating that it's available for our postcode. When I attempted to reach out to their customer service through their website, they proved utterly unhelpful and showed no interest in providing a solution. It's been a complete nightmare, and if you have the option, I strongly recommend avoiding this company and opting for a competitor instead.

Quick and easy collection of a product purchased online. Store was empty but staff were friendly and meant no queue.

Click and Collect is just pre-pay. The item is NEVER ready. Recently waited over an hour on 1 item and I didn?t even get it as they said it was lost. Extremely poor service.

Nice to see a stand-alone Argos although I see why they have mostly switched to sainsburys in store now as this was a fairly big store that was extremely empty. Came in to collect a coffee machine we had ordered online and was served and had our order within 10 minutes of arriving. Photo to add a smile to someone?s day

You can?t give 0 star reviews, so had to give 1. Purchased a clothes airier from Argos online. Delivery next day for only 2.95 which was great, but no one said next day delivery was after it had been kicked around the warehouse and dragged behind the delivery van all the way to my house! ?Item delivered to safe place? with one leg hanging off! Chat online offered me a discount if I kept the item ?. What use is a three legged clothes airier???

Order made and arrived to pick up to be welcomed by a queue. No surprise at this time with click and collect due to the apparent lock down.Nearly 30 minutes later get to window to pick up, but yet another 15 minutes before being handed my item as they had lost it. And not a word until I asked what was happening.Meanwhile car pulls up, gives some rubbish to poor frozen girl doing security, who let guy with limp jump entire queue to say can I get my item. No problem, but when he goes back to the car to let his perfectly capable wife then walk up to actually lift the items.Sorry Argos, but if anyone could deal with lock down of click and collect it should be you.
