Fantastic large store with plenty products.However, the floor service is non-existent. Waiting around for over 20 mins to be served, no staff on hand to help. Has happened on 2 visits now.

Staff absolutely uninterested in helping. Two staff members chatting at the tills and no one around the sections to help. When I asked for help at the tills they told me to walk around and find someone as there ?should be someone about somewhere?. After 15 mins of no one being around and two staff members still chatting at the tills watching me wait, I walked out. Staff obviously not bothered as I passed them on the way out the door.

So disappointed with our visit here to look at small TV?s.We couldn?t get a member of staff to engage with us, there was little information on the displays for 24? to 28? TV?s, and some of them had a worse picture showing than the TV we want to replace.We ended up just walking out.

Needed a new cable for my Dad's printer, yes I could have bought it from Amazon. But, Currys is just down the road and the staff are always helpful plus it's right beside the new Costa at Sprucefield

My partner and I were in on Sunday to buy a new laptop, we had no idea what to go for (or even what we actually needed). We were helped by two very informative staff members called Harvey and Matthew. Their depth of knowledge on every product was brilliant and they were so helpful. We'll definitely be back again.

I visited Currys with the intention of purchasing two new laptops and a new laser printer. Manage to accomplish that thanks to the excellent customer service received by Johnny. He was helpful and knowledgeable, plus he saved me money. Thanks Currys, really appreciate it.L

Never have I had such appalling service .Bought and paid for a new Hisence TV, which included delivery.Received several texts regarding delivery date and time .But delivery ( despite making sure I would be home to receive my new TV) never arrived. Contacted customer services and spoke to some one in South Africa that did nothing to help find where my TV was. Had to go to the Sprucefield store th next day to find where my TV was, but they couldn't find where if was either.

I had a great experience at Curry's Hillsborough Rd, Lisburn. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find the perfect item for my needs and budget. The store was clean, well-organized and had a wide range of products to choose from. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for electronics or appliances. My daughter and I went in to buy a new sound system for the t.v for my husband. And we hadn't a clue. The two young men were brilliant. They went over and beyond normal service. When we had finally purchased we struggled to get it into my little audi.!! However one of the guys eventually did it.! Thank you so so much we were delighted with service and quality of system ?

Staff not helpful, not the first time I had to chase someone to help me for 30mins while staff is standing around and chatting to each other, last time it was quicker to place order online to click and collect in store WHILE IN STORE

Quite a disappointing visit. Zero flexibility on delivery terms. The sales guy seemed annoyed that he was disturbed for a cheap item. I didn't buy anything.

Was in on Saturday 1July to buy a new phone at 2.30 ask one person on the shop floor for the person who works at carphone warehouse desk he said be with you in one minute 15 minutes had passed and no one turned up 20 minutes had passed ask other person on the shop floor has the person on a break or went home for the day he never got back to me was a lot of staff on the shop floor doing nothing and not helping customers out there was most of them on there phones so at 3.00 no one had turned up a other customer at carphone warehouse desk waiting with me ask me if I had been waiting long told the person been waiting half hour so they have lost two sales today so I would sack most of them staff I and the other customer left the shop and said they don?t need any sales today and I wouldn?t do business here again

There is no internet to serve customers. Some customers do not use their mobiles in places. The network is very weak. The customer flies out of the store so that he can pick up a net and continue transactions ??Please provide internet service inside the store so that the customer can complete his transactions on the Internet inside the store. For example, if he buys something from you via a payment plan, he needs a network until the code arrives...?

Guys, the service in here is absolutely abysmal. The staff actually run out of your way when you're wanting to buy something (we knew what we wanted, just needed to check for stock). We approached several members of staff who said they'd get someone to help and we waited for nearly half an hour awkwardly standing on the shop floor before we just decided to leave. Not the first time this has happened here, but I think I'd go somewhere else from now on.
