Customer service is awful and dismissive management. The very fact they don't monitor these reviews and respond should tell you all you need. One of the worst customer experiences I have had in a long time. Management are completely disinterested and the training they are offering trainees is clearly very poor. The trainee tried to help and was very nice but there is only so much they could do with superiors that don't care.

My visit to Danske Bank today was a very pleasant and pleasing one. I was looked after really well. I didn?t have to queue but was offered a seat right away and after a very short wait was seen and my problem solved. The notable thing is that staff were so pleasant and helpful and I came away feeling happy.Thanks to Olive and Andrew. An easy 5 stars Thank You Danske Bank!

After checking to see if they were open for business on Saturday (today) the website said yes..open till 4.30 so I went to cash a cheque only to be met at the door by 2 assistants who said they were open but only for lodging and online. There were in fact no tills working at all !!!!! And I was advised I needed to return on Monday before 12.30. Disappointed ð??? guess who won't be banking with Danske

Somewhat level entrance, on a bit of a slope. Internal ramp slightly steep. Medium thickness carpet. Meeting areas are fixed booths so wheelchair user has to stay at the end which may be a privacy issue for some.

Have had several poor (and costly) experiences of banking here.
I've since moved to one of the larger UK national groups who have more resources and processes in place.
