Brought my sons bike in for a service and was took care of by Billy, who was very friendly, enthusiastic and thoroughly professional in his manner. Also i chatted with Mike who was much the same as Billy. Having guys like that in store makes me want to come back and the experience an enjoyable one. ?

going to Halfords in Lisburn is always a surprising joy. In my past 3-4 visits, all staff I engaged were genuinely warm and engaging. This is just not a typical retail experience.Keep up the truly great service!!!

I always use Halford had a few issues with my servicing on my bike but got it all sorted bought a 3 year cycle maintenance plan.Happy enough.

Was struggling in the dark to get a bulb fitted and Alan took pity on me and helped me fit it. He went well above and beyond - an absolute gentleman. Will be recommening the service to all.

Delighted with the service we received headlight was out on my sisters golf and her and my mum went in at 7:50 and the team were more than willing to get them sorted even though it was close to closing time. Thank you!!

Great group of guys.Very patient and understanding, as I'm no good with technology but was getting it fitted anyway.The assistant manager got me an appointment over the weekend as I was leaving on Monday.Johnny and Gary are two wonderful, gracious people.Between them they got and fitted exactly what I wanted.I would definitely recommend.

Awful service. Ordered engine oil online, never got a notification to collect it, then when I called up to find out about my order I get told that someone has collected it!

Spent my time waiting for one salesperson walked back and forth to another clearly over an unhappy customer on thd phone. Can calls not be transfered? Then a second salesperson appears to serve a customer sho had just stepped up to ghe counter, mind he had a purchase. Waiting to see about a £40 to £50 item led me to just wslk out thd door. Sorry I will shop elsewhere.
