“Quite near the entrance to Bow Street Mall, this is a busy chemist, pharmacy. All the usual toiletries one would expect and a fairly extensive perfume counter. Probably better value pricewise than the nearby large Boots shop with similar stock!”

“Went in on sunday to Clarins counter , was quite disappointed as was told there is no one working on the counter for the day , came back on monday the team member was absolutely lovely, she immediately approached me and offered to help, she listened to my needs and gave me samples . I am at ease now and will be buying even more Clarins products than originally planned .”

“I know this shop well and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They work quickly as they are usually busy but they're on top of that. Also I'm a clean opiate addict and one lady in particular has been super nice and always asks how I'm doing. Especially since my mother died last year. So I might sound biased, I'm not.
