Could do with some customer service training....two colleagues sitting at desk.i sat at the next one so as not interrupt.was then told to come to the desk....I said I had mobility issues..nope had to move. Not very helpful attitude at all. Some training required in meet and greet and disability awareness.

My brother bought a phone in here during lockdown, paid for the phone which he was told would be with him in a few days. When he didn't receive it a week later he told them he didn't want it, he would get one elsewhere which he did. A few weeks later (while still waiting for his refund) the phone arrived. He phoned the Lisburn shop and told them it arrived and he didn't want it, was told to bring it back which he did and he STILL hasn't had a refund, absolute joke! 1 star is way too generous for the way he was treated!

I've been in twice in a few months with ongoing bill problems only to be told we can't do anything about it you need to ring customer service because they can't access my account..if I went in to upgrade they could certainly access my account..just couldn't be bothered to even try and help...

1 star is too generous in my opinion. Went into the shop today as Vodafone has failed to send out a trade in bag for me, but is threatening to put my bill up by £20 a month if I don't send my old phone to them in the bag that they haven't provided by Monday (even though it's new year's weekend and post isn't running until Tuesday?!)Went into the shop to ask for help and was told that they couldn't help, but if I went to the Abby centre they would definately be able to send it off for me. Drove to the Abby centre (a 50 mile round trip from my home!) To be told 'no sorry we're not doing any mail until Jan 4th'!!Was lied to by the staff who were obviously just looking to get rid of me and left me out of pocket and wasting so much time on new year's Eve. Would not recommend at all unless you're a fan of being lied to and fobbed off...

Called in to ask about the latest Samsung Galaxy S21 5g, received friendly and helpful service from a team member. Still no live phones to try out though which is frustrating due to Covid so decided not to proceed any further at the moment.

John ( with beard) was so friendly and helpful. I am not great with technology so he went through things step by step with me.. he .was patient!! which I find a lot of people are not when you don't "do" technology Could not have asked for better service....I'd wait in a queue just to see him.
