Shopping here is akin to torture. Terribly dirty unkempt store staffed by the most unhelpful, rude people. Probably so unhappy because it's so understaffed. Took 40 minutes to buy a computer game. Maybe 6 customers in the store and the one staff member looked like she had no idea what she was doing. Three queues but she was just picking people at random to serve and had no idea how to use the computer system. Really odd. A truly horrible place to shop.

I'm buying a 40 inch samsung TV . No chance of buying off this shower, argos, as once the box is opened, you are stuck with it if you bought the wrong size or decided on a different model. Never again would I buy anything at Argos as I've been left annoyed with an unused, (ONLY opened seal) amazon hd tablet on Christmas day, for my wife.There is no talking to this outfit, there was no mention that an opened seal would invalidate a return when purchasing, otherwise I wouldn't have opened the seal. How is the customer supposed to view their purchase ??? Argos have absolutely no customer care, plus the attitude of their staff makes the customer out to be untrustworthy and liars, never mind the embarrassment.Amazon from now on ,as returns are not a problem.

Argos is a great store I have gotten a lot of stuff from it from toys to tools and not forgetting electrical items. I have also used their delivery service and I could not believe how fast they were I ordered the item the evening before and the van was in my yard the next morning and the driver was very friendly and helpful. So I would if I could give Argos 10 out of 10 for everything.

Reserved an Xbox series x yesterday for collection today (9 in stock) went to collect this morning and the store have cancelled the reservation presumably so one of their friends can get it instead! Absolute joke!

I have contacted Argos so many times to ask them to remove me from the account that is linked to my phone number but yet again I get another notification for an order in another Derry store. So no I will not be recommending them.
