“Great store had to run in to pick a few things up for my wife, very helpful staff when I struggled to find a “revolution”mascara, the guy took me straight to it. Good size store and choice, Ladies on the tills very friendly aswell!”

“These guys are brilliant last. Helpful and intelligent. i took a NEO GEO X (GoldEdition) to CEX today and the absolute lack of knowledge was SHOCKING. They couldn't purchase the console (which is MINT CONDITTION retro and in demand for £££s, clueless staff nor the Nicola person up the stairs didn't either know the value or the simple setup of this unit)) Told me to me back hour later and told me they couldn't buy because the NGX was in my carry case (just like any DS or handheld would be) and not the original box WHICH WAS THERE lol. why not just take the unit out of the carry case and put it in the box..... ABSOLUTLY CLUELESS and ive reported hit to the CeX head office. SO ANYHOO back on topic. A customer guy in the CeX heard the argument and said to me take to the TECH TRADE COMPANY down the road..... i was in the store TechTradeConpany 30 seconds, they knew what the unit was, they knew, its value, they knew straight away little NGX were it was in the box. Such a different experience. FOLK GO HERE FIRST.... it can do no harm just to try these guys. THESE ARE THE GUYS SHOULD BE WORKING IN CEX or sorry i mean these are the type of staff (i thought) Should be! 10/10 for Trade Company.”

“Good selection, we walk in browse around there's staff walking by no interest in you but when you finally get help from Google they all come to assist, more staff in store than customers and they have no interest in customers. That's the only complaint, not serious as products could and will be bought online in future.”
