Nice shopping plaza. Enjoyed Starbucks (a nice selection of food items & coffee) and the Loo was super clean with soap and warm water ? to wash your hands.

I topped up my bonus card by £40 and after 2 days it still didn?t credit to my account. I asked to speak to a Manager in store who was sharp, abrasive, very unhelpful and completely unprofessional.I?ve found some of the staff very rude in there and not well trained.Their customer care/service is non-existent. I?ll be going back to Tesco and Lidl

The poor staff in this store are run of their feet and they are such nice people was in yesterday and their was one till open. Poor lady on the till had no help maybe employ alot more staff so customers aren't queuing for 20 minutes . And the staff u have feel valued .Especially when this is a multi billion pound company

Haven't been to Iceland for a while, but I was able to find a few bargains that I couldn't find in Other Supermarkets in Derry since the disaster that is the Northern Ireland Protocol came into being!.
