I know that post office staff doesnt work for DVA/DVLA.But you can give some advices. I asked Karen,the manager a doubt and she was like 'i dont work for DVA'. Thanks for your polite and kind words. Eventhough, the other girl was helpfull.

Nothing in direct conflict with the staff but in relation to taxing a car the staff are made to follow a absurd policy which is you must print of you insurance certificate and can not use a digital copy ,So ideally this means using printers using paper & ink more cost and if millions of people use post office to tax a car when they buy a car then that means more demand more pollution, more tree cutting, i am not a environment protestor but when the government asks us to do our part you think they would lead by example starting with government buildings.this policy is just plain stupid as the staff do not verify the document or anything they just look at it which makes it completely pointless as you can easily just look at the Digital copy

I would advise you to use any other post office. I posted a passport at this post office nearly 3 weeks ago and I have no idea now where it is as the girl who served me put the wrong number for the address on it. I told her the address 3 times after she kept telling me it was wrong. And she still put the wrong address on it. There was a lovely girl when I went back the second time but the blonde girl and the girl who wears a hairband with red hair just look like they wouldn't be arsed to be there. No customer service whatsoever!! Also tried ringing to find out where my delivery was and no one answered the phone.

Absolutely terrible!! I went in on 30/9/22 to return a parcel. I had the label printed out and as I approached the desk, I was met by what I thought was an extremely bored, fed up assistant, only that when I looked at her name badge it was the manager!! She was no more interested in being there and wasn?t friendly whatsoever. Usually when I go in, an extremely polite and lovely lady with blonde hair serves me but this was the total opposite (5* for her alone). The lady with the blonde hair was also there this day but I unfortunately ended up in the line to be greeted by her ?superior?. Fast forward ten days later and my parcel that was scanned and accepted was returned to my house!! I tried ringing the post office seven times with no avail. All this time I have been wondering why I hadn?t received my refund but this would explain it. Will never be back.
