If I could give no stars I would. Booked a flight only holiday 6 flights in total, cancelled 10days before we were due to go 20th Sept 2022. To date I'm still waiting on refund. I have been told LIE AFTE LIE from staff any wonder calls aren't recorded. NEVER again would I book through HAYES...please go elsewhere.

Very disappointed in the way I av been treated booked holiday in march 2022 2 weeks before we were to go holiday cancelled been promised a full refund as yet nothing told on Friday it wd be in staff needs trained in customer care badly

I had an awful experience with Hays Travel once I had paid my balance, the Gold insurance which was recommended by the agent was completely inadequate and did not provide the cover which I specifically asked for. The staff did not show any empathy to our situation nor did they provide any options or solutions. I made a number of telephone calls to the branch and I was promised a call back from the manager but sadly I am still waiting. In summary I would definitely not recommend Hays Travel.

Staff very bad mannered was in with my family to book a holiday no one took us on and one of the two girls disappeared in money exchange part to avoid serving us.........
