Disgraceful treatment of my mother in law today who needed help with a phone not ringing out which was purchased in the Vodafone shop in Richmond Centre and she was handed a number to ring from a broken phone how ignorant to treat a pensioner like that who could not even ring a taxi but she was helped by Phone Medic on Carlisle Road and with no charge shame on those working today Monday 14th March you will never have any business again from any of our family

Been with Vodafone for many years but the staff in the derry outlet are amazing taken my elderly grandfather with a few memory issues and the lovely gents do anything in their power to assist him always with his info and always remember him. Lovely kind staff
