I tryed help my family member with her bank account for online payments- her account been blocked ? twice in one day.We had phoned earlyer it get put on her account she has learning difficulties can?t do phone calls and numbers. They making the bank account no use for day to day living . As she needs online payment to live .We are un able to go to bank due to bank closed banbridgeI like make formal complaint about your services to disabled clientsIt is unsuitable for people learning disability?s . Took an hour and a half to withdraw money from a savings account I had. The staff at the bank branch informed me I needed to ring a central number to be able to do this who then told me the branch could do it.The staff at the branch were arguing with the central team over the phone in front of me over company internal procedures and eventually agreed that I could withdraw the money.Unprofessional service with outdated policies and procedures. Won?t be using this bank again.

They truly don't deserve to have customers. There have been numerous occasions lately we're the bank has been closed without any advertising, either online or on their own building. I called over on Wed 29 Dec at 1.35pm because I needed to make a lodgement, advertised opening times were 1.30 to 4pm but the door was firmly shut. There was a queue of 10 people that stood for well over 45 mins before l gave up and left. What happens if someone needed to physically lodge money to pay a bill and that payment would now be late. Its a disgrace. Bank of Ireland have lost this customer, Danske don't have these issues and actually treat their customers properly

Today I was in the bank to deal with internet banking and change of address. My English is very bad, but the young lady in the first section (first door, office, brown hair) was amazing. She helped me with everything and was tolerant of my English. She was not arrogant, like everywhere else. I must commend her for a pleasant approach to customers. Thank you very much for this experience ??
