Went into store and there seemed to be some confusion over a chopsaw with 4 staff standing standing around it stood for another few minutes still no service walked out and went to HOMEBASE got what I required. Have to say the service in Screwfix needs looked at not good

Extremely disappointed with Screwfix. I attempted to return a faulty item only to be made aware by an extremely arrogant and ignorant sales manager that Screwfix were not interested in their responsibilitys under the consumer credit act. The sales manager also told me " it was of no interest to her" to discuss it with me. Her attitute really stunk and it was obvious she she cared nothing for customer service Needless to say i will be taking my complaint to trading standards. I wouldnt advise anyone to purchase any large or expensive appliances or tools from here, if the warranty is important to you.

Normally an excellent location to get tools or professional/DIY tools. For once they didn't have one item I needed but the manager kindly advised me where I might get it. Very helpful team

The lady Paula at the desk in the Lurgan Store that works in Screwfix is a true gem. She really knows her way around the catalogue and goes out of her way to help you. She is very pleasant and when her fellow Colleague was having a spot of trouble with something that the Customer had asker her, she politely excused (after asking for my permission to do so) from me and with no fuss helped the customer with their query.I have to say that all the people working in Screwfix are excellent, They are all very helpful and it's a tribute to the way they have been shown/ taught how to treat/lookafter their customers.

The lad working in the shop has no clue what he's looking . It took him 30 min to get me metal cutting discs - even when I brought an example of the disc that I needed.

New covid layout works well with the ever experienced staff. Sarah the duty manager was on hand to help me with my query with window brackets.
