I have attended on multiple occasions and have been happy with food, coffee, staff etc each time. Staff are always friendly. The big downside to me (that make it unlikely I will ever attend again) is the parking situation which is not actually managed by costa but is your only option if you want to visit costa. Parking restrictions are not clearly visible when entering the car park and signs are very small. When I overstayed the limit I now find myself being harassed by the car park operator (Smart Parking) and on the receiving end of many threatening letters from Smart Parking asking that I pay them hundreds of pounds in "fines". Unfortunately due to that the experience was disappointing.

This Costa is always busy! But even though it's busy, the staff are always so pleasant, kind and courteous. The coffees are always amazing. So, while the waiting time can be a bit annoying, it's not usually that long, but the staff really do go above and beyond.Parking: While parking is free here in the retail park, be aware you are limited to 3hrs only. Just an observation I've made while down there. There are a few signs on lamposts, but they are quite small. Just wouldn't want anyone to catch a fine.Kid-friendliness: The shop always has families sitting in and facilities available for children.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair users. Both with disabled parking spots outside and large doors for entrance and exit, so plenty of room for wheelchairs.

Decent coffee, service was quite quick and it's a nice, bright, pleasant comfortable place to enjoy a coffee. Plenty of parking and a few outdoor seats too.

Absolute rubbish. Don?t know who he is tall guy with blonde hair and perfectly trimmed eyebrows needs the sack. Whenever he is working, music is way to loud and thats saying something from a metalhead. ? You cant go in and sit and enjoy a quiet relaxing drink nevermind being able to talk to the person next you, it?s more like scream at them. ? Everyone in there when he?s working is talking with raised voices. I went to an Iron Maiden concert on Monday which was packed and I could easily talk to the person next to me, but not in Costa Newry. If I could give negative stars I would ?

Flys circling and landing on buns. I am mindful they sneak in everywhere and cant be helped. However I informed a member of staff but noone did anything and they kept on serving them to customers. I will never buy a bun again. Safer sticking to coffee. Public health need to be informed.

Asked for 2 teabags in large tea and was told I would have to purchase the second teabag at full price. As the cost was £2.20 it would make the total £4.40. Won't be in another Costa again.
