Had went into the store to get a ring resized, Tina was very friendly and helpful and managed to find the same ring which was the correct size, she completed the receipt details quickly, gave the new ring a quick clean and my partner is very happy as we thought we would have had to send the ring away for a while to be resized and we left within 15 mins with the new ring

we got our wedding rings in the Newry store about 8 weeks ago and the experience was brilliant which is why we called back today ..we where greeted with a warm welcome by Tina ..she was bubbly chatty and helped us so much ...customer service you don't see much of these days just seems to come natural to Tina we will be back soon ..thanks Tina x

couldn?t recommend this store enough. we needed a ring re sized 2 weeks before our wedding and everywhere else couldn?t do it but they sorted it for us, they also have the nicest staff who couldn?t help you enough. we will be back in future.Gary and Carina

I just want to say a huge thank you to the lovely staff at Ernest Jones in Newry! My fiancée and I recently bought our wedding rings there and were wowed by the products and the value for money. We had been to another jeweler before this and thought we had a good experience/deal on some rings, but this blew it out of the water.A special thank you to Roisin for accommodating us and making us feel so welcome.
