“Excellent online service. We ordered a weber Genesis II E 310 on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. I spoke to someone to make sure that it would be delivered before Friday - they processed within a few minutes and delivered in less than 48 hours. The delivery was by pallet due the thecsize and weight. The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful.”

“The staff in the b&q newry store were extremely helpfull to me not once or twice but three times in d past wk and especially aidie who wrks probably in all departments but mostly in the hardware electrical and plumbing area. His knowledge is outstanding and nothing was a problem for him. I hope the management realise how gd of staff they have and they are recognised and praised. I had been unable to view these items in person as I live in England but I was assured by Hoggs that these Items would be package well for transit and they suggested a furniture courier company to use as the store didn't deliver to my area. I have been very impressed with the whole service, staff have been very helpful and I am thrilled with my new furniture.”
