Always look forward to my day off and yo go food shop at my favourite store SPARKS until today i experienced the most unexpected and unprofessional experience from Martina who really didn't want to help me whn I needed assistance....i was told by martina it wasnt her area and tht she was on her break, I was then told very diractly by Martina tht I put an item in 3 times NOT twice like I told her. I was so upset by how I was treated and how unprofessional martina qas all because I asked for help as I waited 10 mins. This ruined my day. Sparks is always a delight and classy experience and I always loved shopping here but I dont want to go back which is just awful. All because I asked for assistance.

was in the shop today a lady at the clothes counter was very helpful went above and beyond to accomadate me . the girl at the till in food Aisle was also very pleasant and friendly

Staff were delightful. Especially lady working in orders. Food department always well kept however young staff working at tills were too busy chatting amongst themselves

Great food
Very friendly and helpful staff
The only downside is the new automated self service tills at checkout.
The self service is a disaster. Takes twice as long as going to a staffed check out.
Avoid the self service if possible unless they get the problems ironed out

Did not have almond or coconut milk for the americano. Guys. Get with the program. Thereâ??s a gym right beside this place. People want more healthy choices. Plus thereâ??s a shop downstairs. Your employee could have just went and got some?

I'll give it four, as I'm warming to it, after my initial visit. I had got used to the place in the Buttercrane (now closed). It's spacious, and I liked the cool, modern cafe, yet there were surprisingly few customers to be seen. Maybe we have to wait until the vacant stores are occupied.
