Excellent Customer care and service. Both Tellers were funny and very happy which is lovely to find in this day and age. The Manager was lovely too. Tuesday, 17/10/23, 9:35am. ???

I was left speechless how my wife was spoken too by a member of staff.....not only spoken to like she was two but looking down upon when she asked to pay a bill. We didn't get the staff member name, she was older lady with blonde hair and thick black glasses an bright red lipstick/tattoos was so unprofessional how she came across. She then went on to tell my wife tht she had another credit card which my wife explained she did not. The lady went on to tell my wife she did and tht she can ring them. My wife was worried anxious and confused. Thankfully another staff member corrected the staff member who didn't apologise. My wife had to ask her to clarify the mistake she made.

Never seems to be any envelopes in the cash machine to make a deposit after hours . It's a constant with this branch . Went to deposit a cheque at around 5pm , no envelopes . How can they not check this before they close . At this time of Covid they should make people's life easier . It's not a one off , nearly a couple of times a week . Even though I'm lucky enough to still work from I still work up to 5/6 pm each day .Come on Nationwide get it together and help your customer's. Staff in the branch are excellent. it's just the after hours service.
