I came into the store and received excellent service from staff. I was served by Mark, who was very polite and informative. It had been my first time attaining a contract so it was helpful that Mark provided everything I needed and explained exactly how I could convert to my new Samsung S23. Good Black Friday deals and would recommend.

I pre-ordered the iPhone 15 pro max 6weeks ago and had my iPhone 14 pro max. check to see if it was ok for a swap up which The woman in the shop told me yes your phone is ok and passed with all are checks. So I then paid for the £50 deposit. I didn?t drop this phone or anything from this woman had check it. I went into the shop in the 27/9/23 to pick up my new phone and the incompetent staff in the shop told me that it was not ok for the switch up. I have added a photo of my screen this is nearly impossible to see even when the screen is black the problem they had. Just letting people know I have been a customer with O2 in this newry shop for over 15years and the staff are clueless I then when to cex across the road and the guys there couldn?t see a problem with the phone. I also went to the virgin store. Then people in there laughed at what I was pointing at because they couldn?t see it.

Some staff is good and helpful but others are very rude and barely know what they are talking about. Lost 2 hours of my life because of them.

After care is non existent. When I arrived at the store today, I wanted to discuss an issue with my Google pixel. I explained to the assistant my issue, she stared blankly.After she approached the manager, he grunted and pointed towards a seat for me to take, note he never once made eye contact nor say hello.The manager explained to the assistant what to say, essentially it was my fault my phone had a manufacturing default with the screen and it was likely due to wear and tear. The phone is 6 months old.I left the store contacted Google directly, within 5 minutes they had shipped a replacement to me as it is a known issue. (I tried to explain this in store, to no avail)In summary O2 Newry are driven by their sales targets and haven't any time for anyone coming back with an issue. The manager is ignorant, rude and lazy.

Very helpful, pleasent young man ?RIchard ??? , helped me slove my issue withprotective screen, switched my unworking keyboard screen for me, explained everything in simple non confusing terms, I couldn't recommend this full time sales assistant enough,100% hold onto him, Very happy customer ???? please give richard long lunch break ???

Just hope you don't have a problem with your phone as one of the girl's couldn't have been more ignorant if she tried . After sales customer service is disgraceful.

Went to the O2 shop yesterday and it was Lee who dealt with me looking for a new phone for myself, he was very attentive and very knowledgeable about all the products available. I purchased a phone from them but I had difficulties trying to download different Apps myself, I went back today and Lee helped me with everything step by step . Fantastic customer service from a great guy Cheers Lee and Thank you very much.Paul McCullough
