Hit and miss with staff. Came to lick up a previous one order but asked staff woman with long dirty fair hair to look at items on shelf. There were 3 tickets for adult dog mixer but without my glasses I could not read them on shelf front. One was £5 and other was £5.19 price and third shelf was empty.She rudely said what do you want to know. This is dog mixer written on bags. I said I can see that but why two differing price labels and what is third empty one? She did not look to see but pulled cheaper label off and walked off and left me. I am a disabled pensioner and she left me and made no effort to see if I was ok or could carry all to car but she deliberately avoided me. I believe I have run across her before. Yet an old lady before me she was all over and went to her car. As I say staff attitudes are mixed here and I only go if I really need something. Prices also can be high.

Great store. Drive all the way up from Dublin for a specific dog food. They didnt have it in stock. Removed a star maybe it?s my own fault for not calling ahead? but I didnt so maybe it?s 5 stars :D
