“I was looking some bargains for the home so I went straight to homebargains. I was able to procure many useful household items - a big 50kg basin to wash ALL my dishes and clothes in one go; a jumbo tub of baked beans for afternoon nibbles while I’m watching columbo; and discounted Easter decorations so I’m prepared for next year. Thanks a mil ?”

“A nice store with a huge selection of well known and not so well-known brands across a wide range of food products, from freshly frozen fruit, vegetables, and meats to ready made meals. Fresh fruit, vegetables, breads, and confectionery were also available; dry ingredients were also available.Prices are keen but I would not rule out Aldi and Lidl being just as (if not more) competitive across the range of products. However, when it comes to the freezer department Iceland is the clear winner for a more extensive range.”

“Ideal for when you run out of the essentials. Fuel pumps also on site. Tea and coffee making facilities at the front of the shop along with a hot and cold food counter. Fried breakfasts are also available. Parking is sometimes an issue on the forecourt in poor weather.”

“Friendly service no longer, staff are very young and by adding self service tills to shop, has become an non friendly store . Also former loyal workers who have been working for years, have left without as much as a thank you. For such an excellent rural area I am now looking to other shops for a better friendly service. ??”

“One star for each of the ways = five stars.Very intriguing concept having a shop that ultimately can have visitors from 5 different directions. It was a sight I had to see. Brought the family up from cork as it’s one of the great wonders of old prebrexit Europe. The kids missed school but it was undoubtedly worth it.”
