A good experience in store and even though there was a slight delay surrounding the fitting time they kept us up to date and the team arrived at the new time and took care over their work.

Great customer service through out. . I had ordered the Saxon carpet in the colour biscuit. But unfortunately there was a stock issue from the suppliers and there was long wait. I didnt really have the luxury of waiting to what ever time the carpet came in as my dog has hip dysplasia and I needed it asap. But thankfully Glenn from the newtownabby store went above and beyond to sort out the issue and I ended up getting a different carpet which was similar to what I ordered. The carpet is now down and fitted perfectly. And Ozzy is no longer slipping on hard floors. I would recommend this company and this store as they care about their customers, They actually listen, help and Make sure your order goes as smooth as possible. I will use this company in future and will be recommending it to friends and family.Christina

Went in recently for a quote for getting my hallway recarpeted, I was given a really expensive quote of nearly £400 to do a small hall. The sales man was a bit pushy and assured me this would be the same price wherever I went, but I ended up using a local carpet shop and got it done for half the price and the carpet looks exactly the same.

We were replacing all of the carpets in the house and salesperson Clinton was greatly helpful during the selection process. The overall price was really good. The carpet fitters arrived on the scheduled day and did a great job. We are absolutely delighted with the end result! Thank you Carpetright.

Excellent service today in the store, both staff and management are so kind, helpful and patient when it comes to getting the right carpet for you. I was served by a guy named Clinton who went above and beyond to make sure my service was 10/10 he was very well up to date on his knowledge and could offer me loads of different carpets which fitted my description. Would definitely come back to this store to get more carpet in the next few years, thank you to all the staff yous are amazing!

Great service from beginning to end, between Glenn the manager, Roy coming out to measure up, and the guys coming out to fit the carpet. Couldn't have asked for a better service and really happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended service. Gentleman Clinton was so friendly and helpful and even arranged fitting for 4 days later on a bank holiday Monday. He was very knowledgeable about type of carpet and also advised us of quantity required. Will definitely use Carpetright Newtownabbey again. Reasonably priced carpet also 5* ?

We recently bought two carpets from the team in Newtownabbey. The carpet we wanted was only available with Carpetright and we got both at a great deal. Clinton and Jennifer in store were great, Roy who measured up was great and the guys who fitted the carpet were great. Highly recommend them.
