Brilliant service. I had broken my phone and was panicking about what to do, and the customer service I received from James when sorting out my early upgrade was first class. Couldnâ??t recommend them highly enough.

Woefully incompetent. Was genuinely embarrassed for them at the lack of understanding of basic contract terms. Don't expect any aftercare- just look at Trust Pilot reviews. Best avoided.

Rip off merchants. I brought my s7 edge in to trade in for the note 9, they ran "tests" and told me the phone is "non working" as when they turned the entire screen blue and held it 2cm from their face, something normal operators would never do, there was an extremely faint shadow of the notification bar. The phone was fully operational and unaffected in any way and perfectly resellable as it was and would never be classed by anyone as "non working".

Offered me a £30 trade in for a s7 edge as it had to be traded in as "not working" because the home button was scratched? Would think that would qualify for normal wear and tear.... which it did elsewhere, where i was offered £330 and they paid off the rest of my contract. Pays to shop around and not get ripped off.

Dreadful! Despite having the phone I wanted the staff refused to sell to me at the internet advertised price. Stating it was an internet only offer whereas the website advertised the phone under the offer as being available in store. No people skills displayed at all. Currys were able to honour with no issues (part of same company)

Not Happy - after getting a new phone and contract in the Currys Store I was told to go here as they had a bigger range of protective cases. The range was not that much bigger and I ended up getting the same case as I had selected in the Currys Store. I used the 3 for 2 offer which included a case for £34 plus a screen protector for £19 but I had to pay £5 to get the screen protector fitted. I should have have gone to UBER Phone.
