I had allergy issues that has been so severe since we moved in Newtownabbey and she accommodated me and helped me out with regards my medications and sorted it out for me as soon as she could. There was an issue with one of the branches and she totally assisted me all throughout that stressful time. I was so thankful to her as nobody would want to look like a frog on their wedding day. She basically is one of the nicest people I have met in the pharmacy. All staff have always been lovely but Rachel is exceptionally professional, approachable and kind to her customers / patients. Because of this positive experience, I've always told my friend to nominate this Boots Pharmacy whenever they need prescription meds because you guys have never failed me from since we moved.
