It was a revelation - FINALLY, knowledgeable, very pleasant and helpful staff to greet me. How lovely to get proper advice and to be able to buy good quality paint and tools. The difference between the consistency and coverage of this paint compared to budget "own brand" paint is huge. Buy once buy well - I'm so glad I popped in. This is now my go-to decorating destination. An easy location to reach too.

Absolutely fantastic services & staff. I have dealt with Matthew on many occasions and I am amazed at his knowledge and advice. I have been in many Dec centres including Dulux ones but by far Newtownabbey is amazing. Was serviced by Richard in the Bangor store and it?s no one hit pony, this guy was helpful and advised on Zinsser products. They didn?t have them but got me stock next day and called as soon as it was in, to my surprise he works in the Newtownabbey store. This is a great team, I love the culture and atmosphere in store. Well done guys
